You can cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a full refund. The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to purchase the item.

Since all of our products are handmade and unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
